Come visit us at the Heartwood Center!
The historic Heartwood Center continues to be the perfect home for Mattox Farm Productions. Located at 615 Oak Street, what was originally dedicated as St Joseph Catholic Church in 1907, the space was renovated in 2013 and 14 to be a modern event center that highlighted the architecture of the old Catholic church as well as the original intent of the building, brining community together. The Heartwood Center truly is timeless beauty in the heart of Sandpoint.
In addition to renting the space we also host events like concerts, stand up comedy, and other events designed to bring our community together and make this historic building the heart of the community once again!
If you are interested in renting the Heartwood for a wedding, business conference, family gathering, nonprofit meeting or fundraiser please reach out to us at heartwoodsandpoint@gmail.com. You can also click on the link above to check out the Heartwood website.

Anna Moss Live at the Heartwood Center
Sandpoint, Idaho
Vocalist/ multi-instrumentalist Anna Moss hails from the verdant forests and lush limestone of the Ozarks; yet her musical personality oozes New Orleans, the artist’s adopted hometown for many years. Anna’s newfound brand of sultry stripped-down-soul is steeped in Southern R&B, Americana, porch jazz; apocalyptic love songs, gritty hymns of humanity, abolition, and compassion busked to fruition in the historic French Quarter streets.
This concert will also feature special guests Laurie Shook and also Sari Jordan to complete an amazing night of live music in Sandpoint. Doors open at 6:30 with music staring at 7:30. Beverages from Eichardt’s and food will be available for purchase starting at 6:30.

Little Hurricane
The Heartwood in Sandpoint, Idaho
Unfortunately we have had to cancel this concert due to injuries Tone received from a motorcycle accident. While we hope to reschedule this event, all purchased tickets have been issued a refund.
You can click the link above to learn more about the fundraiser that will help the family through this difficult time.
Little Hurricane, based in San Diego, will put on one of the do not miss concerts in North Idaho this summer, make plans to bring the family and meet up with friends for this epic evening of music in the Heartwood!
More than a missed connection, the duo that is Little Hurricane originally met via a Craigslist ad. Celeste “CC” Spina had posted a YouTube video of her drumming in the “Musicians Wanted'' section after years of dreaming of touring. Her video caught the attention of Anthony “Tone” Catalano, an audio engineer and songwriter who has recorded everyone from Neil Young to Gwen Stefani.
Tone and CC immediately vibed and within months, quit their jobs to hit the road. Starting in small clubs and coffee shops, Little Hurricane gained a dedicated fan base that led them to festival stages and sold out shows across the world.
Their sound is unapologetically authentic, combining grungy blues rock riffs alongside smashing dynamic drums with love-laden lyrics. When experienced live, the connection between the two is impalpable and hard to ignore.
The pair are also now married with two kids, which has brought an interesting influence to their otherwise relatively mature sound. In their post-pandemic return to music, Little Hurricane has reimagined a myriad of classic nursery rhymes into their dirty blues style.
